Landscape Crew Member
Required Experience:

Ability to work well with others and take directions from crew leaders
Lift 70+ pounds on a regular basis
Valid driver’s license
Positive attitude
Pride in workmanship
Detail oriented

Preferred Experience:

2+ years of landscaping experience
Experience driving with an attached trailer
Experience with hardscaping
Experience with a commercial lawn mower
Willing to work snow removal in winter

Big Plus:

Experience using powered landscape equipment
Experience with plant and weed identification
Ability to speak Spanish
Pesticide/Herbicide Certification
Valid Commercial Driver’s License
Crew Leader
Required Experience:

3+ years of landscaping experience
Hardscaping experience
Experience driving with trailers and heavy equipment
Experience operating landscaping equipment/skid loader
Great customer service skills
Valid driver’s license
Lift 70+ pounds on a regular basis
Ability to lead a 2-4 person crew

Preferred Experience:

Valid Commercial Driver’s License
Experience reading and implementing landscape blueprints
Willing to work snow removal in winter

Big Plus:

Mechanical maintenance/repair skills
Carpentry skills
Experience with landscape lighting
Experience with water features
Experience with plant and weed identification
Ability to speak Spanish
Pesticide/Herbicide Certification
